I had a mixed experience during my stay, with some great moments overshadowed by significant issues. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us, especially when we faced transportation challenges. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room left a lot to be desired, which dampened my overall satisfaction.

While the service from the staff was really good and they went above and beyond, especially when one of the senior team members personally drove us home due to a taxi strike, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. It felt like the housekeeping didn't quite meet the mark.
